Share task summaries in Teams, review time and profitability in Google Sheets and link GitHub work to tasks. Here is how the new integrations help small businesses plan and price their work.
Each person connects their own Teams, Google and GitHub account in Settings → Integrations. Connections are never shared between accounts, and you can disconnect at any time. The integrations are included in Minuttio at no extra cost.
Send a task or project summary to a teammate as a private Teams chat, straight from Minuttio. Handovers, holiday cover and quick project check-ins get the right dates and status without copying them into a separate message. Summaries never include prices or hours, so financial details stay in Minuttio, and nothing is sent unless you press send.
Export your tasks, task profitability, customer profitability or every logged work session to a new spreadsheet. Task profitability shows hours used, hourly cost, billed amount, profit and margin for each task, so you can see which work pays and which work quietly eats your margin.
Filter by date range, customer and status, save the columns and filters you use for monthly reviews, and preview the rows before anything is sent. Minuttio only sees spreadsheets it creates, and only your own tasks are exported. Each export is a snapshot you can share with your accountant or business partner.
Link GitHub issues and pull requests to Minuttio tasks and see whether each one is open, closed or merged. For small web and software teams, the technical work and the time and price behind it now live in one place, which makes it easier to explain progress to a client and to bill for what was actually built.
You can also map your categories, customers and statuses to GitHub labels. Coming by the end of 2026: creating GitHub issues from tasks, importing issues as tasks and keeping task status in sync with GitHub.
Together the integrations support a simple weekly routine: check task and project progress in Minuttio, look at logged work sessions and margins in Sheets, and share next steps with the team in Teams. Past hours make your next estimate better, and Minuttio’s capacity view shows whether the team actually has room for the next deadline.
